About
I've spent the last 10 years working at the intersection of government, international development, and technology in Pakistan.
Most of that time was at KPITB, where I managed everything from a $5M World Bank employment program to a €16M GIZ digital governance initiative to Pakistan's biggest tech conference. I worked closely with the World Bank, GIZ, UNDP, and USAID, and I got good at making these different worlds talk to each other.
Now I run Grow Solutions, where we do the same kind of work. Program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and communications for donor-funded and private sector initiatives. I also advise UNDP, GIZ, and the World Bank directly on digital inclusion and education programs.
Across my career, I've managed a portfolio worth over $25M in programs spanning digital governance, digital economy, education technology, and civic innovation.
I'm PMP-certified, hold an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Software Engineering from UET Peshawar. In 2018, the U.S. State Department selected me for the IVLP exchange program. I use AI tools daily and believe the biggest opportunity is helping institutions adopt them in ways that work.

I manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept to delivery. Not just timelines, but designing how the whole thing works, aligning the partners, and making sure it gets done. $20M+ in real programs across government, donors, and the private sector.
Digital Governance
I understand how governments adopt technology. I’ve been inside the room when KP digitized 400+ services, built the provincial web portal, and shaped digital policy frameworks. Nearly a decade of working where government meets tech.
AI & Emerging Tech
I use AI tools every day for research, content, and automation. My value isn’t building models. It’s figuring out how institutions and communities can actually use these tools. Software engineering background plus program management experience means I can sit with both developers and decision-makers.
Communications & Marketing
I know how to make programs visible. Grew an event from 3,000 to 50,000 people. Managed 100+ sponsor relationships. Produced documentaries for the World Bank. Ran nationwide campaigns for inDrive. From editorial strategy to paid ads to community building.
